In this campaign, the goal was to define PayPal as more than just another payments platform. We aimed to tell the story of an experience-engine. Because when you spend 20+ years building a “two-sided” network, where customers can pay seamlessly and securely, and merchants see fewer abandoned carts, you end up with incredible customer experiences and higher sales. That’s win-win.
